Phuket Island Property Services Co., Ltd., founded in 1999, is a Phuket-based independent company having provided comprehensive management solutions to over 300 homes in Phuket. A Thai registered company with international management, PIPS provide a complete range of services to homeowners and Owners Corporations.
Upon completion of the construction of Baan Chai Nam, a 22-unit development on Bang Tao Beach, in January 2001, PIPS provided furnishing and interior design management to homeowners as well as fully comprehensive property management. In addition to this, PIPS provide full rental services to owners who do not occupy their home full time. PIPS have been instrumental in the development of standards of property management services in Phuket and have set up and managed at Surin Springs Estate, an 8-villa and 8-apartment development at Surin Beach, The Coolwater in Kamala, Kamala Hills, Lersuang apartments and villas and Club Lersuang in Bang Tao.
PIPS manage individual homes and apartments for owners not based in Phuket. Managing maintenance, pool, garden, housekeeping and pest control service providers; emergency, insurance and bill payment assistance, owners have peace of mind knowing that their affairs are being dealt within a professional manner.

Allan Mossop: South African national with 10 years experience in Inter Continental and Crown Plaza hotels, Allan has lived in Phuket for 1999 working in the sales and service industry. Having successfully started the wine division for Phuket Island Trading Company, Allan joined PIPS in May 2001 taking on the challenge of structuring the company to grow with the emerging market.
Claire Mossop: A British national with 18 years experience in hotels and service industry administration and accounting. Claire has worked in England for companies such as Europcar; and in South Africa with both local and international hotel companies in human resources, administration and brand financial accounts. Experience in Thailand since 1999 includes administration for a Phuket-based beverage distributor and, since early 2001, advisor to a local property developer on client relations and finance administration.
Tasanee Doungchaum: Thai national, Khun Tasanee, a Phuketian, has almost 20 years experience in administration of hotels and property development. With qualifications in hotels and business and Commercial Ministry vetted accounting, Khun Tasanee is well-versed in the interfaces relating to property in Phuket. With a strong service ethic and vast local knowledge, she is a valuable asset to the company.
Lita Hine - General Manager. Born in Thailand and schooled in Australia, Lita joined PIPS in 2006 as an operations supervisor and has been a rising star ever since. With her immensely likeable nature and insight to both European and Thai cultures, Lita is the person that owners and staff know they can go to for a positive result.
Rattana "Joe" Areerob - Marketing Manager. Born in Phuket, Joe combines youth with wisdom and insight into the Phuket rental market. Knowledgeable about the latest trends in holiday home rentals and understanding of websites and search engines, Joe maximizes your rental potential.
Saowalak "April" Khethom - Reservations and Guest Services Manager. Born in Suphan Buri. April has worked in many of Phuket’s best tourism service companies.
